Ein Magdeburger Unternehmen, tätig im Bereich der Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallation, sucht eine/n neue/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten (Korrespondenz, E-Mail, Telefon, Post etc.),

Einsatzplanung der Monteure

Erstellung/Vorbereitung von Rechnungen/Angeboten

Abgleichung Zahlungsverkehr

direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

Erwartet werden:

eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse

EDV-Kenntnisse (Word/Excel) erforderlich

selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise (Einarbeitung erfolgt)

Die Stelle ist unbefristet mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 40 Stunden, Mo-Do 7:00-16:00 Uhr, Freitag 07:00 - 14:00 Uhr.

Der Arbeitsort ist Magdeburg.

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach der Qualifikation und dem bisherigen beruflichen Werdegang.
