### ÜBER DIE POSITION

Als wachsendes IT-Unternehmen mit Sitz im Herzen von Frankfurt am Main unterstützen wir Unternehmen in ganz Deutschland mit modernen IT-Lösungen – von Cloud-Services bis hin zu individuellen IT-Infrastrukturen. Unser Team besteht aktuell aus fünf Mitarbeitenden und wächst kontinuierlich. Deshalb suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung für unseren IT-Support. In Teil- oder Vollzeit unterstützt Du unsere Kunden sowohl vor Ort als auch remote aus unserem Office.

### DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Technischer Kundensupport im Microsoft-365-Umfeld (vor Ort und remote)
  • Betreuung der Telefonhotline und des Helpdesk-Systems
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Hard- und Software für unsere Kunden
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Windows-, Apple- und Android-Endgeräten
  • Interne Unterstützung bei verschiedenen IT-Projekten

### DAS BRINGST DU MIT (Minimum)

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Administration oder IT-Infrastruktur
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im M365 Umfeld (Entra, Intune, Sharepoint, Defender)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Englischkenntnisse auf konversationssicherem Niveau
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
