Für die Betreuung unserer Kunden über WhatsApp suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung auf Minijob-Basis . Du kommunizierst direkt mit unserer Zielgruppe und bist die digitale Visitenkarte unseres Unternehmens.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kundenberatung per Chat: Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen eigenständig, freundlich und kompetent direkt über WhatsApp.
  • Informationsvermittlung: Du berätst zu unseren Dienstleistungen/Produkten (Schwerpunkt: Themen rund um die Bundeswehr / Karriereberatung).
  • Datenpflege: Du dokumentierst wichtige Kundenanliegen kurz in unserem System.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Perfekt in Wort und Schrift: Eine hervorragende Rechtschreibung und Grammatik in deutscher Sprache sind für diese Stelle zwingend erforderlich .
  • Affinität zur Bundeswehr: Du bringst echtes Interesse an der Bundeswehr mit (Erfahrung als Soldat/Reservist oder ausgeprägtes Wissen über die Streitkräfte ist ein riesiges Plus).
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du tippst schnell, triffst immer den richtigen Ton und hast Freude am schriftlichen Kundenkontakt.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, strukturiert und selbstständig (Homeoffice nach Absprache möglich).
