  • Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden rund um deren Bestellungen via Telefon oder Chat.
  • Sie beeindrucken mit Ihrer fachkundigen Beratung und unterstützen die Kunden bei der Auftragsabwicklung und identifizieren, aufgrund Ihrer Erfahrung, neue Kundenanforderungen und -bedürfnisse.
  • Auch die Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen gehört zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben.

### Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Der telefonische Kundenkontakt bereitet Ihnen Freude und Sie gehen durch Ihr empathisches Wesen gekonnt auf verschiedene Kundenwünsche ein.
  • Neben einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise haben Sie auch eine gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise.
  • Darüber hinaus schätzen Sie die Teamarbeit und tragen aktiv zu einem harmonischen und produktiven Arbeitsumfeld bei.
