Die ARCHIKART Software AG entwickelt seit über 35 Jahren Software, die in nahezu allen Fachbereichen öffentlicher Verwaltungen im Einsatz ist. Dazu bietet ARCHIKART fachliche Beratungen und unterstützende Dienstleistungen an. Unsere 70 Mitarbeiter sind an 3 Standorten in Lauchhammer, Berlin und Zeitz tätig.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du installierst und konfigurierst unsere Software – vor Ort oder remote.

Du schulst unsere Kunden praxisnah und zielgruppengerecht.

Du unterstützt bei Fragen, Störungen und Fehlerbehebungen.

Du arbeitest eng mit Support, Vertrieb und Entwicklung zusammen.
