  • Beratung und Betreuung der Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Kunden, Einkauf und Vertrieb
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

  • Unser Kunde ist ein mittelständisches Industrieunternehmen der Elektrotechnik, das Komponenten und Lösungen für industrielle Anwendungen vertreibt. Am Standort Dietzenbach arbeitet ein eingespieltes Team mit hohem Qualitäts- und Serviceanspruch.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrungen im Customer Service oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Kenntnisse in SAP wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres, kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten
