  • Als Sachbearbeiter in der Kundenbindung bist du für die sorgfältige Aufnahme und Pflege von Kundendaten verantwortlich
  • Du übernimmst sowohl die telefonische als auch schriftliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Durch dein Kommunikationsgeschick und dein empathisches sowie verständnisvolles Auftreten wehrst du Kündigungen unserer Kunden ab und gewinnst bereits abgewanderte Kunden wieder zurück
  • Du trittst als wertvolles Mitglied unseres Teams in den direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und übernimmst die verkaufs- und abschlussorientierte, telefonische Ansprache und Beratung zu unseren Versicherungsprodukten - keine Kaltakquise
  • Gleichzeitig förderst du diverse Zusatzverkäufe im In- und Outbound
  • Du informierst unsere Kunden zu unseren Preisen und Tarifen und durch deine lösungsorientierte Beratung trägst du zur einer steigenden Kundenzufriedenheit bei
