  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrungen im Customer Service oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Kenntnisse in einem CRM-System von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres, kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten
