Für unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) SAP-QM/ Stammdatenmanagement im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

Sie arbeiten gerne mit Daten, haben einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team? Dann erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP, Stammdatenpflege und administrativen Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege, Erfassung und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten in SAP-QM
  • Prüfung und Kontrolle von Daten, beispielsweise Größenangaben und produktbezogenen Informationen
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Ablage von Dokumenten in SAP
  • Prüfung von Materialdateien und eingereichten Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartnern und termingerechte Bearbeitung der anfallenden Aufgaben

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute SAP-QM Kenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege, Datenverwaltung oder kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung
  • Sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue SAP-Themen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
