Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter für Rezeption & Empfang (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist teilbar.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste
  • Check-In und Check-Out
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen für Hotel und Restaurant
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz
  • Allgemeine Empfangs- und Bürotätigkeiten
  • Pflege von Reservierungs- und Gästedaten
  • Unterstützung im Frühstücksservice bei Bedarf

## Ihr Profil

  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Erfahrungen im Empfangs-, Hotel- oder Dienstleistungsbereich sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
