Wir suchen eine Mitarbeiterin im Frauenhaus in Vollzeit.

Aufgab

  • Sicherstellung des Schutz- und Beratungsauftrags
  • Eigenständige und gewissenhafte Ermittlung des Hilfebedarfes
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Unterstützungsangebote, Führen von Einzelgesprächen, Gruppenangebote, Vernetzung mit weiteren Hilfs- und Unterstützungsangeboten
  • personenbezogenes Berichtswesen, Verlaufsdokumentation
  • Erstellung projektbezogener Auswertungen, Verlaufsdokumentationen und Statistiken
  • soziale Beratung von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund (ggf. mehrsprachig)
  • Anwendung von Methoden des Case-Management-Ansatzes
  • Planung und Durchführung des Übergangsmanagements
  • Netzwerkarbeit, Ermittlung spezifischer Bedarfe der Klienten und Klientinnen sowie Bedarfe im Team der Mitarbeitenden und in der lokalen Angebotslandschaft
  • Planung und Steuerung der Hauswirtschaft sowie des Zusammenlebens im Haus
  • Planung und Leitung von Teamsitzungen
  • Umsetzung Standards (Arbeitsschutz, Hygiene, Sicherheit etc.,Hausrecht), Zusammenarbeit QM
  • Konzeptionen / Projektentwicklung/Evaluation
  • Anteilige Übernahme des Bereitschaftsdienstes (Notrufbereitschaft 24/7) für Notfälle im Haus und außerhalb (Schutzangebot/Notdienst)

Die Arbeitszeit wird in Normalschicht bzw. flexibler Arbeitszeit absolviert. Es muss Rufbereitschaft absolviert werden auch am Wochenende (nicht jedes WE)

Das Monatsgehalt beträgt je nach Qualifikationsvoraussetzungen zwischen 3.700,00 bis 4.100,00 €
