Das Diak.Werk Elbe-Elster e.V. Niederlausitz sucht für das Frauenhaus in Finsterwalde zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Sozialarbeiterin für 20/30 oder 40 Wochenstunden

Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Frauen und Kindern nach Gewalterfahrungen
  • Krisenintervention und psychosoziale Unterstützung
  • Hilfe bei Behördenangelegenheiten und Antragstellungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendamt, Polizei, Gerichten und Beratungsstellen
  • Organisation von Gruppenangeboten und Präventionsarbeit

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Beratungsarbeit von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
