CNA Job Duties

• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• •Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning as needed
• •Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
• •Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
• •Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• •Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence
• •Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care

CNA Requirements

• •Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• •Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
• •Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred
• •New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
