What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• •Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning
• •Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
• •Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
• •Maintain accurate documentation and charting
• •Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• •Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care

What We're Looking For

• •Active California CNA certification required
• •Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
• •Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
• •New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
