Partner with Site Managers and site operations to assess operational workflows, identify emerging knowledge gaps or training needs, and provide targeted education and support in response to performance trends, compliance findings, process changes, and evolving study requirements

Partner with site leadership to establish clear ownership of training responsibilities (e.g., central vs. site staff) while maintaining standardized expectations, materials, and competency requirements across the network

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with site teams and department heads to identify training gaps and opportunities for onboarding process improvement

Work with department heads across the network to ensure training requirements are being followed, and staff competency is maintained

Collaborate with VP of Clinical Operations to align training initiatives with network-wide operational priorities and quality standards
