Join our team of 8 neurosurgeons as we expand onto the Virginia Peninsula in beautiful Williamsburg, VA and Hampton, VA. Be a part of this exciting growth, focused on spinal surgery , with our dedicated team of providers.

Neurosurgery call will be 6 times a month with APP support

Our system includes 12 hospitals, including a level 1 trauma center which is the site for Eastern Virginia Medical School , and was named #1 Hospital in Virginia !

Our experienced neurosurgery team includes fellowship training in Endovascular Neurosurgery, Functional Neurosurgery, Neuro Oncology and Minimally Invasive Spine Neurosurgery.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $759,990.40 - $892,507.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
