NPI Engineer

What you will do:

You will be part of department responsible for the logistical activities of the R&D division within the NPI process (New Product Introduction — the transfer of products from development to production), including creating interfaces between the logistics, planning, and manufacturing units within the Operations division and the R&D teams.

How you will do it:

• •Involvement in all logistical aspects throughout the development stages of new products, supporting R&D and engineering needs in these areas.
• •Ongoing tracking of performance across the various operations units and providing periodic feedback to R&D and engineering teams (service consumers).
• •Building automated control processes and KPIs with all units providing services to R&D (Operations, Electronics Plant, Plastics Plant, subcontractors).

What we look for:

• •At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an electronics company.
• •Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Production/Logistics/Planning & Control.
• •Good command of English.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• •Ability to learn and work independently.
• •Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• •Ability to drive cross‑organizational processes.
• •Ability to work in a multi‑tasking environment.
