NPI 專案經理負責主導新產品導入（ NPI ）全流程，從產品開案、 EVT ／ DVT ／ PVT 驗證、試產、量產到上市，並持續管理品質、成本、交期及產品生命週期。此職務需整合研發（ EE ／ ME ／ SW ／ BIOS ／ BSP ）、製造、採購、品質、產品管理及全球業務團隊，確保產品順利商品化並符合全球市場需求。

這不僅是專案管理職務，更是串聯產品、技術、製造與全球營運的重要角色，協助產品快速上市，提升產品競爭力，推動 Embedded Computing市場持續成長。

主要工作內容

主導 X86、Embedded 新產品導入（ NPI ）專案，負責從產品開案、設計、驗證、試產、量產至上市之全流程管理。
規劃並管理專案時程、資源、成本、品質與風險，確保專案依計畫順利執行。
跨部門協調產品管理、研發（ EE ／ ME ／ SW ／ BIOS ／ BSP ）、製造、採購、品質、 FAE 、行銷及業務團隊，推動產品開發與量產導入。
管理產品開發各階段（ EVT ／ DVT ／ PVT ／ MP ）里程碑，追蹤設計驗證、試產及量產準備進度。
協助建立量產流程、測試規範及製程導入，確保產品順利量產並符合品質要求。
負責產品生命週期管理（ PLM ），包含版本控管、 ECN ／ ECR 異動管理、 BOM 維護及產品退場（ EOL ）規劃。
負責確認及完成產品的相關文件 (Manual)
與採購及供應鏈合作，追蹤關鍵料件交期、替代料導入及供應風險，確保產品穩定供貨。
支援產品認證（ CE 、 FCC 、 EMC 、 RoHS 等）及相關技術文件準備。

必要條件

管理或相關科系學士以上學歷
三年以上電子產品、Embedded Computing 、工業電腦或相關產品專案管理經驗。
熟悉新產品導入（ NPI ）及產品生命週期管理（ PLM ）流程，包含 EVT／DVT／PVT／MP／EOL。
具備跨部門專案管理、時程規劃、風險管理及問題解決能力。
熟悉Microsoft Project 、 Excel 、 PowerPoint 等專案管理工具。
良好的中英文溝通、簡報及跨國團隊協作能力。
能獨立管理多項專案並有效協調跨部門資源。

加分條件 Preferred Qualifications

工程、電子、資訊、機械、工業工程、學士以上學歷為佳
PMP 證照或具備相關知識者
熟悉歐盟產品認證流程（如 CE、EMC、RoHS）與技術文件準備
有歐洲設計／台灣製造跨國團隊合作經驗者
熟悉 PC 、電子製造，或工業電腦產品開發與製造導入流程
具備跨國團隊合作經驗者
