Design and deliver graphic design services for both personal employee requests and company-related projects using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design platforms
Coordinate and support employee engagement events such as STEM Days, College Connect Days, and Business Resource Group activities that foster inclusivity and belonging across teams
Manage equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and vendor relationships while conducting bi-weekly maintenance checks on wide-format printers and coordinating repairs as needed
Create engaging content for site-wide communications, SharePoint pages, and promotional materials that showcase Digital Oasis offerings and upcoming programs
Capture professional-quality event photography using DSLR cameras and edit images to document workplace experiences and celebrate employee moments
Drive year-over-year growth in program utilization and attendance by developing innovative workshops, product demonstrations, and collaborative opportunities
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field
4-7 years of experience in employee communications, event coordination, product marketing, print services, or related field
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and graphic design applications
Strong technical knowledge of printer hardware/software, Android and iOS mobile devices, and ability to learn emerging technologies
Demonstrated experience in content creation, digital fluency, and SharePoint web design and management
Exceptional customer service orientation with proven ability to build relationships and solve problems creatively
Experience managing budgets, forecasting needs, and coordinating vendor relationships for programs or events
Preferred qualifications:
Professional photography experience including portrait and event photography with Canon DSLR or similar equipment
Experience with 3D printing technology and advanced print production services
Background in workplace services, corporate real estate, or facility management environments
Proven track record coordinating change management initiatives or driving adoption of new programs
