  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/TH) der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung größerer Projekte (> 15 Mio. EUR) Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie in einem Kalkulations- und Abrechnungsprogramm (idealerweise RIB iTWO) von Vorteil Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Führungserfahrung Eine selbstständige, engagierte und systematische Arbeitsweise Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative sowie Teamgeist runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Eigenverantwortliche Akquisition von Bauaufträgen sowie Pflege und Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Hoch- und Schlüsselfertigbau Überwachung und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung sowie der effizienten Abwicklung sämtlicher Bauprozesse bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss Steuerung und Kontrolle wirtschaftlicher Projektergebnisse Führung von Vertrags- und Nachtragsverhandlungen mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Führung der Projektteams
