Im Zuge der anfallenden Projekte sucht unser Mandant einen Oberbauleiter Rohbau (m/w/d) für den Standort Frankfurt am Main/ Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Es erwartet Sie ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung, ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell und ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit gutem Betriebsklima.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung und Organisation von Rohbauprojekten
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Bauaktivitäten im Rohbau
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Kostenrahmen und Zeitplänen
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Bauleitungsteams
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit externen Partnern, Subunternehmern und Bauherren
  • Durchführung von Baustellenbegehungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Erstellung von Bauprojektberichten und Dokumentation der Baufortschritte
  • Implementierung von effizienten Bauabläufen und Prozessen
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung im Bereich Rohbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauplanung, Bauabwicklung und Baustellenorganisation
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Sichere Anwendung von relevanten Bauvorschriften und Normen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und Baumanagement-Software
