Objektleiter/in (m/w/d) Unterhaltsreinigung Objektleiter/in (m/w/d) – UnterhaltsreinigungRegion: Bocholt, Dülmen, Ruhrgebiet Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden (gelegentlich auch Neukunden)
  • Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Abläufe im Bereich Unterhaltsreinigung
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation Ihres Teams
  • Erfassung der Personaleinsätze und Vorbereitung der Lohnabrechnung
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Leistungskontrollen
  • Was Sie mitbringen:
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Objektleiter/in oder in vergleichbarer Position im Bereich Reinigung/Facility Management
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und hohe Serviceorientierung
