Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für die Mitarbeitenden in Ihrem Objekt
  • Verantwortung für die Erbringung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen für das beauftragte Objekt
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Kunden in allen Fragen des technischen Gebäudemanagements
  • Steuerung des Objektteams und Planung des Personaleinsatzes sowie Sicherstellung der innerbetrieblichen Leistungsverrechnung der zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden
  • Objektverantwortung für komplexe technische Anlagen
  • Technische & Betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung des Objekts und der Mitarbeiter

Anforderungen:

  • Technische Ausbildung als z.B. Elektroniker, Energieanlagenelektroniker, Elektroinstallateur, Anlagenmechaniker Heizung Klima Lüftung Sanitär, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Techniker, Meister, Bachelor, Ingenieur - optimaler Weise im Facility Management und / oder in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, Versorgungstechnik, Heizung-Klima-Lüftungstechnik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, ideal wären Kenntnisse in SAP und Planon
  • Gutes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Deutsch & Englisch in Wort & Schrift
