Deine Rolle
- Operative & personelle Verantwortung für unsere Objekte vor Ort
- Führung, Einsatzplanung & Begleitung des Teams
- Qualitätssicherung in Hausmeisterdienst, Reinigung, Grünpflege & Winterdienst
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft, Team und Geschäftsleitung
- Mitgestaltung von Abläufen und Organisation
Dein Profil
- Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend) – BE/B96 von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen willkommen
- Erfahrung in Objektleitung, FM oder vergleichbarer Führungsrolle
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationstalent, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
