Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen Objektverwalter (m/w/d) / techn. Property Management am Standort Köln.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Technische Betreuung und Verwaltung von Wohn- und/oder Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Kontrolle der Leistungserbringung
  • Überwachung gesetzlicher Prüfpflichten und technischer Standards
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle technischer Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation technischer Vorgänge und Pflege der Objektunterlagen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit kaufmännischen Verwaltern und Eigentümern (m/w/d)
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Immobilienbezug
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Property Management
  • Technisches Verständnis und organisatorische Stärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
