We’re currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team. In this role, you’ll support residents in rebuilding functional abilities, adapting to daily tasks, and achieving meaningful independence. You’ll work alongside a collaborative rehab and nursing team to deliver clinically sound, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• •Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• •Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety
• •Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
• •Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• •Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment

What We’re Looking For

• •Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• •Active Washington OT license (or eligibility)
• •CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• •SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required
• •Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills

Requirements

Education:

Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.

Licenses/Certification:

Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
