At CI, we're invested in your success from day one. We offer a competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to an additional $24,000 annually through productivity based compensation. We have a notably lower productivity expectation compared to the often higher productivity pressures in other settings, providing you with unparalleled flexibility to determine your caseload size and prioritize your work-life balance in your professional practice. And for those driven to excel and increase their income, our transparent productivity compensation system rewards higher productivity with substantial additional earnings.
