What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on patient needs and goals
Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living
Address strength, coordination, cognition, positioning, mobility, and functional skills
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, patients, families, and facility staff
Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not required
