Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Part Time

Cedarburg, WI

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team Part Time in Cedarburg, WI .

This is a great opportunity for an OT looking for flexibility, a supportive therapy team, and meaningful work with patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
Provide skilled OT treatments designed to improve function, independence, safety, and quality of life
Establish measurable, functional goals based on each patient's needs
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Participate in care plan and interdisciplinary team meetings
Complete timely and accurate evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required documentation
Provide education to patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff
Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to improve patient independence

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
NBCOT certification
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus
