The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees.

We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of.

Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number.

We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $30B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a part-time Office Manager to own one half of our day — either the morning or the evening — and make sure our office runs smoothly, warmly, and without anyone having to think about it.

We work a long day here, so we run two Office Manager shifts that hand off cleanly in the middle of the day. You'd own your half completely: the space, the food, the front desk, the vibe — while your counterpart owns the other. You overlap for a 30-minute handoff each day, and you back each other up.

This is a genuinely part-time role built for full-time output.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN (varies slightly by shift)

Morning shift

Open the office and get it ready for the day

Coordinate and run the lunch order

Keep kitchens, fridges, and snack cabinets stocked

Handle morning front-of-house: greet early guests, on-site candidates, and deliveries

Flag anything that needs attention before the afternoon handoff

Evening shift

Pick up from the midday handoff and keep things running through the evening

Coordinate team dinners

Handle evening front-of-house and manage any after-hours guests or vendors

Close down the office: tidy common areas, secure the space, handle end-of-day building/vendor needs

Shared, across both shifts

General office administration and supply management

Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for the team during your hours

Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed during your shift

Partner closely with the other Office Manager for handoffs and coverage

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in office management, hospitality, front-of-house, or a similar coordination-heavy role

Reliable and punctual — your shift depends on you being there

Comfortable managing a space and multiple small workstreams independently

Friendly, proactive, and genuinely enjoys making a workplace feel good to be in

Strong communicator — you'll be handing off context to a teammate every single day

Able to commit to a consistent shift schedule, five days a week

NICE TO HAVES

Experience working alongside another Office Manager or in a shift-based operations role

Familiarity with basic office A/V or conference room tech

Vendor coordination experience (catering, cleaning, building management)

WHY THIS ROLE

Full ownership of your shift — you run your half of the day

A true teammate — you're never the single point of failure; you and the other Office Manager cover each other

🌴 Perks + Benefits

Equity — own a meaningful piece of the company you’re helping build

Fully paid health coverage through Aetna — we cover 100% of employee premiums

Top-tier dental and vision coverage through Guardian

401(k) through Vestwell

Paid relocation support — we’ll help you make the move to NYC

Fully equipped workspace from day one — laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a $200 stipend to personalize your setup

Team perks — catered Friday lunches, team dinners, and unlimited coffee + snacks featuring products from the brands we work with
