Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt eine/n OGTS-Koordinator/in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (ca. 20 Wochenstunden)

Der/Die OGTS-Koordinator/in ist Bindeglied und Vermittler/in zwischen der OGTS-Leitung und des OGTS-Teams.

Arbeitszeit:

Montag - Freitag ca. 12:00 - 16:00 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination (Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten, Durchführung von Teamsitzungen, Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kooperationspartnern)
  • Förderung, Betreuung und Aufsicht der OGTS-Kinder
  • Pädagogische Vorbereitung und Umsetzung des pädagogischen OGTS-Konzeptes
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Projekten und Freizeitangeboten in der OGTS
  • Erstellung von Wochenplänen mit Angeboten für die OGTS
  • Erstellung eines Fortbildungsprogrammes
  • Mitwirkung bei Schulveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil:

  • eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Erzieher/in, Sozialpädagoge/-pädagogin, Lehrkraft)
  • Organisations-, Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude am Arbeiten mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Begeisterung für die Montessori-Pädagogik
