EasyPlusMedia gewinnt für Klein- und Mittelbetriebe in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz planbar Anfragen und Bewerbungen. Bei uns hast du eigene Kund:innen, eigene Kampagnen und eigene Zahlen. Du sitzt nicht nur im Werbeanzeigenmanager, sondern auch im Kundentermin.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Meta-Kampagnen für Neukunden- und Mitarbeitergewinnung bauen.
  • Creatives, Anzeigentexte und Ideen für Video-Anzeigen entwickeln.
  • Landingpages, Funnel und Tracking umsetzen, ab und zu eine Website.
  • Eigene Kund:innen betreuen, vom Onboarding bis zum Reporting.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Agenturerfahrung mit mehreren Kund:innen parallel.
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung mit Meta Ads.
  • Kampagnenergebnisse, die du mit echten Zahlen belegen kannst.
  • Du überzeugst Kund:innen im Termin und hältst sie bei Laune.
  • Deutsch mindestens C1, weil du Kundentermine führst und Texte schreibst.
  • Ein Plus: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads oder Recruiting-Kampagnen.

Nichts für dich, wenn:

  • du Kundentermine lieber anderen überlässt.
  • du lieber ohne klare Ziele und Zahlen arbeitest.

Das bekommst du:

  • Zusätzliche Provision bei Folgeaufträgen deiner Kund:innen.
  • Flexible Arbeitszeit von 6 bis 22 Uhr, Mehrarbeit wird bezahlt.
  • Einarbeitung und Weiterbildung in der Arbeitszeit.
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung.

Gehalt:

Das Mindestentgelt beträgt 2.700 € brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (14 Gehälter). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung sind wir zur Überzahlung bis 4.560 € brutto bereit.
