Data & Product Analytics Erfahrung mitbringt - du kannst Funnels selbstständig analysieren, Hypothesen aus Daten ableiten und weißt, welche Metriken wirklich relevant sind.

Frontend & Design in höchster Qualität implementieren kann - du hast ein starkes Auge für UX und Details und kannst Designs pixel-perfect in Production bringen.

Einschlägige Erfahrung mit TypeScript, React und Node.js (idealerweise NestJS) in einem SaaS-Produkt hat.

Erfahrung mit Growth Experimentation, A/B Testing und Conversion Rate Optimization mitbringt und Entscheidungen datengetrieben trifft.

Sich mit modernen Analytics-, Attribution- und MarTech-Stacks auskennt und Tracking, Events und Integrationen selbstständig aufsetzen und weiterentwickeln kann.

Deutsch der Tätigkeit entsprechend, um unsere KI aktiv mitzugestalten, sowie fließend Englisch beherrscht.

im Idealfall Data-Science-Erfahrung mitbringt - beispielsweise beim Aufbau von Predictive Models für CLTV

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Own the Funnel: Du verantwortest unseren Acquisition- und Activation-Funnel end-to-end - von Landingpages über Signup und Onboarding bis zum ersten erfolgreichen Value Moment.

Experiment & Ship: Du identifizierst Bottlenecks anhand von Daten, entwickelst Hypothesen und shipst eigenständig Experimente, neue Flows und Features, um Conversion und Activation zu steigern.

Own the Growth Stack: Du verantwortest unser gesamtes Tracking- und MarTech-Setup - von Product Analytics und Attribution bis zu CRM, Lifecycle Automation und den dazugehörigen Integrationen.

Turn Data into Product: Du analysierst User Behaviour und Funnel-Daten und übersetzt Erkenntnisse direkt in konkrete Produktverbesserungen.
