Where You Make An Impact:

• •Place and track purchase orders to suppliers.
• •Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
• •Review and resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies.
• •Manage inventory levels across our multiple distribution centers.
• •Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• •Analyze procurement performance and trends.
• •Maintain master data in relevant systems.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

• •Education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• •At least two years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and in using procurement software and systems.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• •Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• •Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
