Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support Procurement department activities. Each day, you will lead/support process improvement teams. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and communicating periodic trend and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• •Analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing the organization’s operational performance through data analysis, the identification of improvement opportunities, and the development of initiatives that increase the efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability of processes within SAP
• •Extracting, consolidating, and analyzing information from various systems.Developing automated dashboards and reports.
• •Validating data quality and integrity. Generating predictive analyses and capacity scenarios.
• •Gathering and interpreting relevant data (cost, quality, demand patterns, etc.) and providing analytical support e.g., site inventory and material stock out analysis and trends, material availability reports.

Qualifications for the role

• •Bachelors degree in Engineering
• •1+ Year experience in Data analysis and management using tools as Advanced Excel, PowerBI Dashboard
• •Advanced English
• •SAP or other ERP knowlege (desirable)
• •Open communication skills and different levels.
