• DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d)
• for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In this
• role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning
• stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting
• the successful implementation of project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• •Plan, coordinate and oversee operational activities to ensure
• efficient and effective business processes
• •Support teams and stakeholders in optimizing workflows, resolving
• operational challenges and achieving business objectives
• •Monitor operational performance, identify risks, inefficiencies and
• improvement opportunities, and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• •Coordinate communication, meetings and reporting with relevant
• stakeholders, management and cross-functional teams
• •Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures
• and ways of working to increase efficiency and overall performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project
• Management, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in
• project coordination or project management, preferably in an
• international environment
• •Experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder
• management
• •Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes
• •Excellent written and spoken English Skills, German is a plus
