At Capgemini , we help global organizations transform and optimize their supply chain operations. We are currently looking for a DRP Analyst to support distribution planning execution for a global engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals in Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics who have strong SAP knowledge and advanced English , and who are looking to grow within a structured, global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Execute the Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP) under defined planning guidelines.
• •Create and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to reposition inventory across the internal distribution network.
• •Prioritize deployment of high-demand items to support customer service level commitments.
• •Coordinate with Transportation and Warehousing teams to confirm deployment capacity.
• •Work with Manufacturing teams to align finished goods availability with system data.
• •Collaborate with internal planning teams to ensure adherence to operational plans.
• •Track and support performance against key KPIs such as:
• •On-Time Deployment
• •Truckload Utilization
• •Stock Transfer Accuracy
• •Prepare operational reports and support performance reviews.
• •Analyze data to identify root causes of deviations and support corrective actions.

Required Profile

Must-Have Skills

• •Advanced conversational English (daily interaction with global teams and customers).
• •SAP knowledge :

Inventory / Warehouse processes

Logistics / Transportation processes

Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Experience

• •2 years of experience or less accepted.
• •Open to professionals from Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain backgrounds.
• •Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory; DRP execution experience can be developed.
