Capgemini Mexico is looking for a Supply Chain Market Planner!

What will you do in this role?

Plan and align demand forecasts with supply capabilities to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support sales and market strategies across regions or channels.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Responsibilities:

• •Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
• •Align demand with supply plans by coordinating with supply planning, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure feasible execution.
• •Monitor inventory levels and service KPIs to balance product availability, working capital, and waste or obsolescence risks.
• •Conduct demand and supply gap analysis and proactively propose mitigation actions (e.g., reallocation, promotions, or supply adjustments)
• •Predict potential issues in supply chain through forecast analysis.
• •Analyze data to propose improvements in Supply Chain.

Qualifications:

• •3-5 years of experience in supply planning, production or material planning.
• •Good English proficiency.
• •Availability to travel to Mexico City (in case you live in another area.)
• •ERP knowledge.
• •Background in fast consuming goods.
