Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit eine/n:

Order Processing Manager (all genders)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Hauptansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Handelspartner
  • Betreuung des gesamten Auftragsprozesses, von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungskorrektur
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem globalen Vertriebsteam, der Logistikabteilung und externen Versanddienstleistern
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung und/oder Kundenbetreuung
  • Erfahrung und Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie Schwedisch, Norwegisch, Finnisch oder Dänisch sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen
