  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie übernehmen Aufträge der Produktlinie Cargo Rail aus dem Vertrieb.
  • Sie steuern entsprechende Maßnahmen bei Projektverzögerungen in enger Kooperation mit der Supply Chain Organisation ein.
  • Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Entwicklungsteams zusammen und steuern mögliche Produktverbesserung in kommende Aufträge ein (z.B. Umbauten, Retrofits).
  • Zudem verantworten Sie die Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Koordination im gesamten Projektverlauf, insbesondere der Sicherstellung der Lieferterminkette und des finanziellen Projektergebnisses.
  • Zum Aufgabenbereich gehören die internationale Projektkorrespondenz mit standortübergreifenden Projektteams und Kunden sowie ein aktives Chancen- und Risikomanagement während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit.
  • In Ihrer Verantwortung liegen das monatliche Projektstatus-Reporting an das Project-Steering-Committee und die Organisation und Begleitung von Erstmusterabnahmen.
  • Sie arbeiten ebenfalls an einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse und Tools im Bereich Projektmanagement mit.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem oder wirtschaftlichem Hintergrund oder langjähriger Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im internationalen Umfeld der Bahn- bzw. Investitionsgüterindustrie ist wünschenswert.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Anwendungen von Projektmanagementmethoden sowie im Supply-Chain-Management mit.
  • Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie im Umgang mit SAP.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung (eine weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil).
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie mit Führungskompetenz im Projektmanagement, einem hohen Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie einem hohen Potenzial im Konfliktmanagement.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit sowie einem guten Maß an Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
  • Eine grundsätzliche internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%) setzen wir voraus.
