About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Robotics & Technical Solutions, to join our team and lead complex robotics and automation projects from initial customer engagement through successful implementation.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, technical sales, and robotics/automation . You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, sales, and other internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into successful technical solutions and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a technical environment, understands robotics and automation systems, and enjoys working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage robotics and automation projects from concept and customer requirements through implementation and handover

Act as the primary project interface between customers and internal technical teams

Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear technical and project requirements

Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams during customer acquisition, solution definition, and project handover

Support technical discussions, customer presentations, solution proposals, and project scoping

Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including robotics, software, mechanical, electrical, controls, and operations

Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and change requests

Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans

Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate testing, validation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities

Ensure successful project delivery and transition into operations or customer support

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies

Travel internationally, approximately 20% , to customer sites, project locations, and company locations as required

Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Several years of experience in project management , preferably within robotics, automation, industrial technology, or a related technical environment

Previous experience in technical sales, solution engineering, pre-sales, systems engineering, or customer-facing technical roles is highly desirable

Solid understanding of robotics, automation, electromechanical systems, or industrial technology

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects

Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, scope management, and stakeholder management

Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong customer-facing and presentation skills

Experience working with international customers and distributed teams is a plus

Willingness and ability to work on-site and travel internationally approximately 20% of the time

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
