With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions . As a Trader on the Trading Solutions team, you have the unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of the trading business at Anchorage Digital. You will be responsible for facilitating the hedging needs of client flows, ensuring that we provide clients with best in class service, while also managing our risk exposures well within the constraints of the company risk appetite. Being fully successful in this role requires responsiveness and attention to detail during all client and market interactions, while also improving the trading offering through tooling and technical investments.
