Iterate on trading strategies to optimize execution quality and PnL.

Monitor execution and market risk in real time during trading sessions.

Work closely with counterparties, acting as a point of contact for trading-related topics (e.g. monitoring chats, handling operational issues during trading hours).

Collaborate with Trading, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end trade flow.

Quote counterparties for voice trades during APAC hours

Contribute to improving tooling, analytics, and automation around OTC trading workflows.

Your skills and experience:

Solid quantitative background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.

High attention to detail, good time management, and clear communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment.

Nice to have:

Experience working directly with trading counterparties.

Familiarity with execution, market microstructure, or trading systems.
