Mission Road Animal Clinic is growing, and we're not just looking for an associate veterinarian to fill a caseload. We're looking for a leader in the making. Someone with the drive, ambition, and a growth mindset to help shape this practice’s future. Located in one of the most desirable communities in the Kansas City metro, our loyal and expanding client base has created demand that our current team can't fully absorb. If you're a veterinarian who wants ownership in your career and practice, this is your chance to step into a practice that's already thriving and help carry its legacy forward.

Built over decades of quality medicine and genuine community connection, Mission Road offers more than a job. It offers a future: a defined path toward co-ownership and partnership for the right veterinarian who's ready to lead and build what comes next.

Join a Powerful Community: You'll become part of a community of 200+ doctor partners, 100+ first-time owners, and 200 hospitals who collaborate and support each other.

Top-Tier Medicine: Practice progressive medicine at the highest level in a full-service hospital equipped with advanced tools, including Digital X-Ray and Dental radiography, in-house IDEXX labs, ultrasound, and Scribble Vet AI for efficient SOAP note documentation.

Established Practice, Real Legacy: Mission Road Animal Clinic has been a trusted name in Prairie Village for years. You're not building a caseload from scratch, you're stepping into an established legacy and helping carry it forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll see a steady, well-managed caseload of dogs and cats across wellness, diagnostics, medical management, and surgery. You'll be comfortable with routine soft tissue procedures and dentistry.

Preventive & Wellness Care : Comprehensive wellness exams, preventive care, and client education are at the core of what we do.

Medicine & Diagnostics: You'll work up general medicine and diagnostic cases across a steady canine and feline caseload with full in-house support.

Surgery & Dentistry: Comfort with routine soft tissue procedures and dental care is expected. Advanced surgical cases are supported through our established specialty partner.
