• As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. • Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
• - Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.
• - Experience in setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.
• - Ability to manage release cycles and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless deployments.
• - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues affecting both the immediate team and broader organizational units.

• Additional Information:
