Responsibilities (What he/she will do after join UI):

Accelerate design implementation to bring improved UX to market faster for MP models

Maintain constant communication with the EPM and global team to follow up on projects

Tracking the design status and diagnosing issues with packaging designer to create packaging solutions action

Create packaging design action and track design implementation schedule

Work directly with CMs to initiate/diagnose packaging assembly for onside process improvement

Create and manage part management within the system

Internal - Work closely with ID / PK / ME / SR / EPM / Graphic team

External - Work closely with CMs / Suppliers

Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :

Logical thinking/Proactive personality/Works well under high pressure.

Effective communication and time management skills.

Highly organized, and able to handle a high volume of tasks simultaneously.

Ability to drill down into an issue and clearly present pros/cons to driving rapid decision-making based on collection of engineering, cost & schedule information

3+ years of experience as a packaging engineer/technical program manager.

Good understanding of the technologies/testings/materials used in packaging (paperboard, corrugated cardboard, molded fiber, blister trays, cushioning, wraps, films … etc)

Ability to read packaging drawings/test specifications

Excellent command/presentation skills/highly proficient in spoken and written English.
