Die AWO Straubing betreibt als langjähriger Träger von Kindertagesstätten aktuell zehn Einrichtungen im Rahmen der Kindertagesbetreuung (fünf Häuser für Kinder, fünf Horte) und ist Kooperationspartner von derzeit drei Offenen Ganztagsschulen in der Stadt Straubing und im Landkreis Straubing-Bogen.

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Pädagogische Betreuung, Förderung und Begleitung der Kinder
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote und Projekte
  • Hausaufgabenbetreuung
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Lehrern im Sinne einer Bildungs- und Erziehungspartnerschaft
  • Teilnahme und Mitwirken an Teambesprechungen

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d), Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Anerkennung als pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Herausforderungen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz
  • Pädagogisches Geschick, Einfühlungsvermögen und ein großes Herz für Kinder
