  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie, Pädagogik, Lehramt, Soziale Arbeit, Lebens- und Sozialberater_in, Mediator_in o.Ä.
  • Trainer_innen- oder Coachingausbildung
  • Unterrichts- oder Trainingserfahrung
  • Höchstmaß an sozialer Kompetenz und Freude an der Arbeit mit arbeitssuchenden Jugendlichen
  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Durchführung von Gruppentrainings bzw. Einzelcoachings zu Themen wie:
  • Berufsorientierung, soft skills, Bewerbungstrainings
  • Kompetenzanalyse, Perspektivenentwicklung
  • Outplacement
  • Lerncoaching, schulisches Grundwissen
  • Unterstützung der Jugendlichen bei der Betriebsakquise und Praktikumsplatzsuche u.v.m
  • Wir bieten:

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt gemäß KV beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 2.223,11 für 27 Stunden pro Woche. Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten kann eine höhere Einstufung erfolgen.
