Wir suchen für unsere Jugendhilfe-Einrichtung an der Oberen Rauhmühle zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Betreuerin /einen Betreuer auf 100%- oder 80%-Basis.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Betreuung und Begleitung einzelner Jugendlicher
  • Betreuung und Begleitung der Wohngruppe mit 8 Plätzen
  • Natur- und Erlebnispädagogische Projekte
  • Begleitung von Ferienfreizeiten
  • Verrichtung der Dienste gemeinsam mit den Jugendlichen
  • praktische Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung der Jugendlichen
  • Dokumentationen durchführen
  • Wichtige Voraussetzungen sind:
  • fachliche Kompetenz
  • Spätdienst erwünscht (14:30 – 23 Uhr)
  • Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst (1x monatlich)
  • Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein (und PKW)
  • Wir bieten Ihnen:

Die Jugendhilfe-Einrichtung Saena e.V. liegt zwischen Waldenbuch und Schönaich auf dem ökologischen Bauernhof Obere Rauhmühle. Wir bieten acht jungen Menschen im Alter von 14 bis 21 Jahren einen vollstationären Platz nach § 34 SGB VIII, § 35a SGB VIII und § 41 SGB VIII. Schulpflichtige Klient/innen haben zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, direkt bei uns im Haus ihren Schulabschluss zu machen.
