## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bildung, Förderung, Begleitung und Betreuung der Kita-Kinder
  • Moderne pädagogische Angebote planen, durchführen und reflektieren
  • Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Team und Träger
  • Mitgestalten und Weiterentwicklung der Konzeption
  • Christliche, soziale und kulturelle Werte für die Kinder erfahrbar machen

## Was Sie mirbringen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit staatlicher Anerkennung: Erzieher/in oder vergleichbaren Abschluss.
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Kreativität und Freude im Umgang mit Kindern
  • Gespür für die Bedürfnisse von Kindern und Eltern
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und haben Freude am eigenständigen, kreativen Arbeiten
  • Sie haben Spaß an der Planung und Durchführung der pädagogischen und religionspädagogischen Arbeit
